The Portuguese star’s current Al-Nassr deal concludes at the end of the season.
A digital company that specialises in fitness trackers and health monitoring gadgets recently conducted tests on Cristiano Ronaldo. He also serves as a brand ambassador for the business. He underwent tests that measured physiological parameters like heart rate variability.
“I don’t believe it’s so good: my age is 28.9 years,” he said. “That means I’m going to be playing football for another 10 years!”
When Cristiano Ronaldo disclosed his biological age on the Whoop podcast, he seemed taken aback.
The podcast also further revealed that Ronaldo does 17,000 steps a day, and he wasn’t surprised by that. “That’s how I live my life: I always move, football or playing with kids. So, I am not surprised,” he said.
The podcast also claims that Cristiano Ronaldo sleeps for seven hours every day. He stated,
“Sleep is probably most important tool that I have. Only moment in day you can recover and settle everything. Great night of sleep is important in life in terms of health span. I go to bed around 11-12 and wake up 8.30-8.45 am.”
“When you are younger you think you are unbreakable. By age, the football demands physically a lot on the body. You have to managed that. You have to be smart, do things differently. I have learned from time and with my experience, and adjust year by year.”
The club have a little more than a month to make a choice before Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr contract expires on June 30. Ronaldo has apparently verbally consented to an extension, but he is also reportedly dissatisfied because the team couldn’t win trophies.
Al Nassr did not make it to the FIFA Club World Cup or the AFC Champions League Elite for the upcoming season. Additionally, he has demanded that Fernando Hierro, the sporting director, coach Stefano Pioli, and a few other team members be fired.
