We are just a few days away from a new month and here are some of the most anticipated games that going to release in June 2025.
After Elden Ring Nightreign, which releases on May 30, 2025, everyone’s eyes will be on the next big games and the Nintendo Switch 2 launch.
In this article, we will cover some of the best games that we think are worth buying from the next month’s release.
5. Mario Kart World & Switch 2 launch
Nintendo Switch 2 is officially going to launch on June 5, 2025, and that means we are going to see many games available on the new console.
From Hogwarts Legacy to Cyberpunk 2077, Nintendo fans are pretty excited to play this game on Switch 2 console.
However, all the eyes would be on Mario Kart World, which has created some controversy for being priced at $79.99.
Whether it’s worth it or not, only time will tell, but it is guaranteed that the Switch 2 launch will be successful among the fans.
4. Rematch
Slocap Studios, which is famous for Sifu, is releasing its new game, Rematch, on June 19, 2025. In simple and easy terms, this is Rocket League Football without cars.
This pretty much feels like the good old FIFA Street game and you can play online with your friends and other players, which is more fun.
Football fans are looking forward to this game, as the beta test was quite successful among gamers. If you love football games, this is a must-buy game on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
3. Dune Awakening
Dune Awakening beta test on PC also received positive reviews from the fans. This game is based on the Dune universe and fans are quite looking forward to this.
This will release on June 10, 2025, for PC. Console release dates are not been revealed yet, but we can hope for an official announcement pretty soon.
If you love the Dune universe and are looking forward to playing an open-world MMO survival game, this might be a good choice for you.
2. Stellar Blade PC
The PS5 exclusive from SHIFT UP, Stellar Blade and DLC will finally arrive on PC on June 11, 2025.
Fans are even excited for the latest collaboration of Stellar Blade and Nikke: Goddess of Victory.
This is undoubtedly one of the best upcoming games of June 2025 and now PC owners will also be able to enjoy this gorgeous game with amazing combat.
1. Death Stranding 2: On the Beach
Hideo Kojima’s masterpiece and one of the most anticipated games of this year, Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, is officially going to launch on June 26, 2025.
There is no doubt that this is one of the biggest games of June 2025. A direct sequel to Death Stranding, this new story will be available to play on PS5.
Honorable Mention: MindsEye
Fans were quite excited for MindsEye, because this game is from the ex-producer of GTA, Leslie Benzies.
However, recent minimal marketing for this game and a few controlled gameplay reveals have confused the fans.
Latest reports are suggesting that in the latest preview of the game, the game is filled with bugs and is a complete mess. A delay would be better for this title.
However, we have not heard an official announcement from Build A Rocketboy studio, so it appears they are still releasing this on June 10, 2025.
It would be advisable not to buy and wait for the official reviews to come out for the game.
